#34 2021: Guarneri model viola

Viola modello Guarneri.

Tavola in abete rosso italiano di ottima qualità con venatura dritta e regolare. Fondo a due pezzi in acero dei Balcani con una marezzatura profonda e irregolare. Verniciatura mista alcol-olio di colore bruno-arancio chiaro. Strumento costruito interamente a Udine presso il laboratorio di liuteria “Liuteria Zerilli”.

The soundboard is made of top quality straight-grained Italian red spruce. The two-piece back is made of deep-figured Balkan maple. The figure is regular, and spans over the whole surface of the back. The varnish is a combination of alcohol and oil and the colour is orange-brown. The instrument was entirely built in Udine, Italy.
